The first stage of the recruitment process is to complete our online application form, you may be asked to attach your CV and a covering letter. Please ensure that you answer the questions as fully as possible and that the requested documents are attached as the information you provide will be used in our shortlisting process.

What to expect

Once we receive your application it will be reviewed and evaluated. If we are interested in progressing your application further, we will send you an interview invite. This could be for a telephone interview, a face to face meeting or in the format of an assessment centre depending on the position you are applying for.

If your application is unsuccessful, you can be sure that we will contact you to let you know.

Interview

For most positions we operate a two-stage interview process. The first interview will involve discussion of aspects of your application in detail, the role itself and your suitability to the role.

If your first interview stage is successful you will generally be invited to a second interview. You'll meet with the initial interviewer again but will undoubtedly be introduced to another member of the team. You are likely to be asked some more questions and, dependent on the role, may be expected to provide some presentations and or to sit some kind of test. If you are applying for a technical role you will also undertake a technical test.
