Training

Starting a new job can be daunting so we want to make sure you have the best transition possible by providing you with first class support. Every employee undergoes a person and team specific training program designed to address your development needs and get you up to speed in your new role as quickly as possible. You will not only have meetings with your own line manager but with every department head so you get the whole picture and understand the flow of activity in the business.

Social events

Get involved in some of our social events from our regular dinner parties to our weekly 7-aside football matches. We have also carried out charity bake offs, football sweepstakes and team outings.
