About the role

CIPHR has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Executive to join CIPHR, a fast-growing SaaS business. This role provides great learning and development opportunities for transferrable skills to apply in other roles including, but not limited to sales, customer success and business development.

Role responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Effective governance and support of Account Development Managers and Customer Success Managers, including, but not restricted to; Microsoft CRM Dynamics utilisation and Gainsight; activity levels, diary planning; process compliance and compliance with expected behaviours and targets
  • Ad-hoc sales support (order forms, quotes, processes)
  • Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Gainsight administration and first line support for team queries
  • Support in providing the Director of Sales/Director of Customer Success with weekly/adhoc reports
  • Maintenance and governance of process/procedure documents and central sales collateral
  • Facilitation and coordination of anchor days and regular sales/commercial team meetings
  • Ownership and coordination of the new and existing business new starters onboarding induction
  • Survey management (NPS, win/loss, ad-hoc)
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of quality, data accuracy, and process consistency in the sales function

About You:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Working towards and meeting deadlines
  • Ideally experience working with Sales
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and/or similar CRM systems
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Building and implementing process into a sales function
  • Highly organised with an obsessive attention to detail
  • Enjoys the pace and excitement of working with a sales team within a high growth
