About the role

We are looking for an experienced Strategic HR Consultant to work pro-actively with our clients at a strategic level to increase customer satisfaction and identify where CIPHR products, services, partners or the wider community, could help increase efficiencies and added value throughout the employee lifecycle.

You'll be providing a range of focused reviews and solutions to clients to assist with tactically integrating effective HR processes, programs and practices into their daily operations.

We are keen to speak with experienced, astute and capable HR professionals who are competent in the management of the full generalist remit, and who can offer strong consulting skills and insights to our clients. While this is not restricted to the aspects of our product range, working with our clients and advising on the best use of their CIPHR and associated systems will form an integral part of the role.

To be successful you will have a strong work ethic, have excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm to deliver first class results.

This is primarily a remote-based role, where you will be based from home with travel to client sites and our head office in Marlow as and when required.

About You:

  • Experience of working in the HR sector at a senior / strategic level and / or in client facing HR consultancy roles.
  • Knowledge of core HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, employee relations, reward and operations
  • Knowledge and experience of using HR Systems.
  • Great stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Presence and appearance of confidence and capability when working with a client.
  • Be responsible for your own Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and keep up to date with changing employment law, best practice, and market trends.
  • CIPD qualified
