About the role
Our Business Development team is fundamental in driving the future growth and success of the CIPHR Group, ultimately supporting organisations across the UK to attract, engage, manage, and retain their workforce more effectively.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying new sales opportunities from targeted outreach campaigns utilising a combination of outreach methods, including personalised video content and LinkedIn
- Engaging with senior decision-makers and identifying product fit and suitability, buyer readiness, project timescales and challenges.
- Driving new qualified opportunities into the sales funnel by scheduling sales appointments with our Account Development Managers.
- Building, developing, and managing a pipeline of potential customers and capturing key data in our CRM.
- Whilst not essential, at least 1 year of successful experience within a B2B environment in a business development, telemarketing or telesales role is desirable.
- Ambitious, creative, and eager to learn.
- Excellent listening, communication, and writing skills, and able to quickly build trusting relationships.
