About the role

This role is focused on working alongside the development team providing coordination and admin support whilst being a point of contact and assisting in communication to the rest of the business.

You will need to be detail orientated, self-motivated, and able to interact with a number of stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for coordination to join a technical focused team that is continuously growing.

  • Respond to queries in an effective and timely manner.
  • Build release notes centred around bringing value to the customer.
  • Track development time and sprint progress.
  • Check and review acceptance criteria.
  • Assist with quality control, aligned to CIPHR and market standards/procedures.
  • Create feature documentation.
  • Triage new issues, assigning levels of priority to determine the most effective order to deal with them.
  • Produce demonstration videos.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Write process/procedure documentation.
  • Track, update and maintain statuses on roadmap items.

About You:

  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Ability to proactively work and engage with other members of the team
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • ICT skills including the ability to use Microsoft packages and other data systems.
  • Problem solving attitude and an eye for detail
