Do you have a keen interest and experience in a Sales environment? We currently have an exciting opportunity within our flourishing Business Development Team.

This is a great opportunity to join CIPHR’s growing team, with our current offices in both Marlow and Fareham.

CIPHR are a rapidly expanding, innovative, UK based tech company who provide online (SaaS) HCM solutions which enable organisations to attract, engage, manage, and retain their workforce more effectively.

About the role:

  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities from targeted outreach campaigns, utilising phone, email, social media, and personalised video content to reach your prospects.
  • Drive new sales opportunities into the sales funnel by setting qualified appointments with our Account Development Managers
  • Building, developing, and managing a pipeline of potential customers using our CRM system.

About you:

  • At least 1 year of successful experience within a B2B environment in a business development telemarketing or telesales role.
  • Ambitious, creative, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and writing skills, and able to quickly build trusting relationships.
