About the role

We are currently seeking a Digital Learning Designer to assist with the development, delivery and deployment of digital content, ensuring that user experience and accessibility is at the forefront of design.

The strategy is to move away from classroom training (where appropriate) and provide a modern training solution.

The Digital Learning Designer will be responsible for:

  • Creating engaging and high-quality online learning materials for clients and internal use; such as eLearning, videos, quick cards etc
  • Upload learning content onto CIPHR Academy (internal Learning Management System)
  • Assist in the building of learning journeys and visual content for the LMS
  • Filming and editing videos and images to embed into eLearning

About You:

You will need to have an experience of developing online learning materials, proficient in the use of Authoring tools and a solid understanding of learning theories and instructional technology.


  • Enthusiastic individual with a creative flair and a passion for engaging learning
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player with an approachable manner
  • Have a strong attention to detail

Experience requirements

  • Experience in a Digital Learning Specialist/Designer role or similar
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe suite, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate
  • Preferred experience of working with an LMS
  • Prior to interview the selected candidate will need to provide a learning piece they have previously created or new learning piece they have put together.
