Technical Operations – Systems Administrator
CIPHR are a rapidly expanding, innovative, UK based tech company who provide online (SaaS) HR systems and solutions to help organisations attract, engage, manage and retain their workforce more effectively.
We are looking for a ‘hands on’ System Administrator who has extensive IT system management experience who will be responsible for helping develop and maintain our customer SAAS environment infrastructure.
You’ll also have experience of project delivery, helpdesk queries, network issues and datacentre migrations, the Microsoft suite of products, as well as being a reliable source - giving technical experience and understanding to the associated teams supporting our customers.
•Maintain and develop the SaaS technical infrastructure, ensuring that agreed service levels are met and all relevant procedures are adhered to
•Managing the maintenance and deployment of CIPHR SaaS Applications & Servers and monitoring their performance
•Champion collaborative working with the development, QC and customer delivery/support teams
•Ensuring the successful operation Disaster Recovery solution and its reliability
•Understanding of the current state of infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, SQL, security, networking, and cloud-based delivery models
