We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious business development manager to own the CIPHR Talent solutions, you will become the Talent Guru within the sales and account development teams.
The CIPHR Talent offering currently includes iRecruit and CIPHR Learning, our offering is always being improved and added to, so taking a consultative approach and gaining valuable feedback from prospects and clients will be invaluable to growing.
Being self-motivated, driven and able to interact with prospects from all types of organisations up to C Level executives, will make you a great fit for this role and the team. You’ll also need to demonstrate your commercial awareness and understanding of prospects talent needs, with a demonstrable consultative sales approach.
This fantastic opportunity will be a nationwide role, working with your new business and existing business colleagues, therefore travel is an essential. Initially this will be the only Talent Sales role in the team, giving you the ability to grow and expand as you prove your success in the role and sales space.
