We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager who will have responsibility for governance and planning for a portfolio of projects ensuring successful delivery within agreed timescales and budgets. You’ll have the ability to operate in in an efficient and effective manner, making sure that delivery throughout and revenue recognition are maximised whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
You’ll be delivery-focused and adept at taking responsibility for every aspect of projects, from establishing the foundations of the project through to the deployment of the product to ensure project success. Working closely with the Customer Success team you will safeguard positive customer health as well as continuously engaging and collaborating with the wider business to drive and achieve savings throughout the implementation process.
