As an Account Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with prospective organisations and customers with the objective of winning new customer business and upselling to customers. You’ll have substantial experience upselling and generating additional revenue within existing customer bases supporting retention and developing new business leads through customer referrals.
Reporting to our Customer Success Director, you’ll also work closely with our New Business Development and Customer Success teams as well as the wider business to ensure a first-class onboarding experience for customers and throughout their CIPHR lifecycle.
Nurture and develop relationships with organisations to identify, generate and close new business and upsell opportunities
Proactive engagement with organisations and our customers to demonstrate, and ensure they experience the value of our products, services and expertise
Ensure expectations are managed proactively and effectively through timely and effective communication with organisationsBuild deep and strategic relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder contacts within the organisation including Senior Management Team/ C-Suite level; to increase exposure, identify opportunities and grow the account
You’ll have demonstrable experience as an Account Development Manager in the HR Software as a Service (SaaS) space, identifying opportunities based on a customer needs with strong negotiation skills using your high-level interpersonal skills. You’ll also be proactive, confident and action orientated.
