Voted one of the 75 best companies to work for in the South East in 2019, we’re looking for a partner consultant to work in our new strategic partnerships team. You won’t have necessarily performed this job before and you may be working in a sales role such as account management, but you will be creative, a proactive self-starter, a strong influencer and have an aptitude or passion for technical systems.
Your responsibilities will include driving internal and external relationships, collaborating on the development and execution of go-to-market plans, and working to create and maintain a clear partner proposition. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with the partner teams, you will be responsible for driving partner and end customer adoption of CIPHR’s integrated and connected solutions. The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to engage at a senior level, as well as a background that enables them to easily interact with partners and collaborate with lots of different teams within the business. You’ll also have the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, and be able to build and convey compelling value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
